Delivery Areas

Sweden
We deliver to all addresses within Sweden, including Gotland and Öland.

Delivery times

Standard delivery (free shipping)

  • 3-9 business days within Sweden
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day

International deliveries

Free shipping worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination - usually 5-15 business days.

Tracking information is sent automatically when your order is shipped.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden and Europe.

Delivery methods

We use Citymail for our deliveries. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Delivery options:

  • Home to door
  • Nearest pickup location
  • Postal agent

Packaging

All products are shipped in discreet packaging without company logos or product descriptions on the outside. We respect your privacy.

If delivery cannot be completed

Missed delivery

  • You will receive a notification about a new delivery or pickup
  • The package is stored at the pickup location for 14 days
  • After 14 days the package will be returned to us

Incorrect address

  • Contact us immediately at hej@noala.se
  • Additional costs for redelivery may apply if the error is due to incorrect address information

Returns and exchanges

30 days open purchase

  • Return within 30 days from the delivery date
  • The products must be unused and in the original packaging

How to return:

  1. Contact us at hej@noala.se for return information
  2. Pack the products in the original packaging
  3. Send according to our return instructions
  4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

  • Size exchange possible within Sweden
  • We will send the new size as soon as we have received your return
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport strikes
  • Government decisions

Damaged packages

Upon delivery:

  • Check the package before accepting it
  • Note any damages on the delivery note
  • Contact us within 24 hours at hej@noala.se

If damages are discovered later:

  • Contact us within 3 days from the delivery date
  • Send photos of damaged packaging and product
  • We send replacements or refund the amount
